Arthritis
Alpha Omicron Pi’s international philanthropy is arthritis, and our philanthropy partner is the Arthritis Foundation. Since 1967, members and chapters have raised millions of dollars to fund research, provide resources, and support those affected by arthritis, a disease that disproportionately impacts women and also affects children.
AOII’s philanthropy dollars support several impactful Arthritis Foundation initiatives, including the Juvenile Arthritis Power Pack program, Juvenile Arthritis Camps, the Juvenile Arthritis Family Summit, and the 24/7 Helpline. Our Canadian sisters proudly support The Arthritis Society of Canada, furthering our shared mission to fight arthritis and improve lives.

We’re proud to continue this legacy of service at Beta Kappa!
Our chapter participates in boothing throughout the year, including our Bloom out Arthritis Rose sale and our Holiday Candy Gram sale. In the fall and we host Smash Out Arthritis to support arthritis awareness and research.
